The growth of hydroponic vegetable businesses in Pontianak City drives producers to compete by improving their quality keep old consumers and expand new consumers. research used a survey method with sampling technique using non-probability techniques, the sample taken purposive approach. Data were analyzed descriptive analysis methods, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). (IPA) results explain that attributes must improve are location sales promotions such as discounts prizes. (CSI) value ranged between 0.66-0.80 0.79. overall vegetables can be said have satisfied Hydroponic should locations promotions. For example, price bonuses for products. They also maintain or performance increase consumer satisfaction City.
